Rates for double occupancy range from $115.00-$135.00 plus 8% tax. There is a $30.00 charge for each additional person in the two upstairs suites.
If not using a credit card, a deposit of one half of your total bill is required with your reservation. Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 4 days prior to your scheduled stay, except for National holidays when we require one week's notice. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Our no smoking rule extends to the porches as well as the house. Well mannered children, accompanied by attentive parents, will be considered on an individual basis.
Although Magnolia Hall is home to a friendly outside cat (Tabitha), regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets.
