When booking suites at the Beach Bed & Breakfast, the guest must give a credit card number at the time of the reservation. We process the card for 50% of the total amount due. This will be considered the deposit required to hold the room. The remaining balance will be processed seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Our policy is to charge 50% of the total amount dues as deposit when the reservation is made and the full amount of the balance will be charged seven (7) days prior to arrival. If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. The credit is valid for 13 months. |
