The Inn sits comfortably on three acres in a forest setting on the banks 50 feet from the McKenzie river. Cedar and fir trees line the drive to the home that was built in the early 1900's and is now the lodge. There is a small orchard with apple, pear and plum trees. The Inn has three rooms with private baths and one with jacuzzi, a cozy sun room with books and a video library. The great room is sided with knotty pine and an open beam ceiling and a brick fireplace.Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast in our dining room with a cup of steaming coffee and organic apple or pear juice from the orchard. Hot entrŽes vary from Belgian hazelnut waffles, smoked salmon omelets, 10 grain pancakes or cinnamon French toast.
The Cabins and Atrium with jacuzzi, have full equipped kitchens and private decks. All buildings are within 50 feet from the rivers edge.
We are close to nature trails, waterfalls, hot springs, lava beds. Our serene setting is ideal for letting your cares slip away. This is a steelhead and rainbow anglers delight with easy river access. On any given day you can see guests wading out on the 1200 feet gravel bar in front of our place.
Guided rafting and fly fishing and scenic and eco tour floats are provided through Outdoor Ventures and booked at our place.
