Deposit: Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount of a one-night stay or 50%
of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Reservations paid by check must be paid in full within
five days of making the reservation.
Cancellation: Any cancellation allowing 14 days notice will receive a deposit refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation of packages will be charged 50% of the package fee. If cancellation occurs within less than 14 days of your arrival date, you will be billed for any nights that we are unable to book. Your credit card will be used to the extent necessary. No refunds for early departures.
Additional Information: Two-night minimum required. All our rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the porches and decks. Guests who smoke in any indoor area of the Inn including the bathroom, will be charged an extra $150 fee plus downtime if smoking occurs in any room. |
