John Hume and Tim Vique are your hosts An 1808 Federal with courtyard gardens, lush grounds, pond; period furniture, 5 rooms have fireplaces; the Moses Eaton Room has original hand stenciling by the artist done in 1824 and has been listed in several books; pool, full-service restaurant, the Wee Otter Restaurant and Tavern, on premises; centrally located to Augusta, Cobbassee, and Tacoma Lakes. Open all year; 6 rooms w/private baths. $89-$125 in season, $59-$89 winter w/continental breakfast; communal dining; cash, traveler's checks, DISC, MC, VISA
Each of the six guest rooms is appropriately furnished with New England period antiques and comfortable sitting area with pairs of winged backed chairs, a tea table, and plenty of good reading lamps.
Five rooms still have their original working fireplaces, all have private baths. The Weathervane Room is furnished with a queen size four-poster bed. The Eaton room is entirely hand stenciled, c 1824, work of the famed artist Moses Easton. European down comforters, handmade quilts and antique accessories

There is a two night minimum stay. A $25.00 charge will be added for a one night stay.
One night will be charged for all reservations at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee for each room booked.
50% refunds 10 days prior to arrival. No refund after that time.
50% refund is available for medical emergency verified by a copy of a physician’s statement.(+ $10.00/room processing fee will be applied)
