An elegant Colonial house built in 1860 by William Jagger, one of the earliest English settlers of Southampton, A Butler's Manor takes its name from Christopher's profession. A proper British butler with over 20 years experience, Chris has run estates in both Europe and America. The personal service that is the hallmark of his profession, along with Kim's attention to detail, will make your stay at A Butler's Manor an experience in hospitality you won't soon forget.
After a day spent enjoying the world-class ocean beaches, postcard-pretty villages, or award-winning wineries, come home to relax at A Butler's Manor.
Stroll through Chris's magnificent English cottage garden en route to the sparkling, private pool. Enjoy a book from our library under the wisteria-covered porch on balmy summer afternoons, or before a crackling fire on cool evenings. Or simply unwind in the garden and watch the birds and the butterflies.
Breakfast at A Butler's Manor is a culinary treat which will more than prepare you for a day of enjoying all that the Hamptons have to offer. Begin with early-bird coffee: Freshly-brewed gourmet coffee and a full assortment of teas are available outside your door each morning so you can enjoy a cup first thing in the morning. Weather permitting, we set the tables on the Rose Garden patio so that you can enjoy breakfast to the sounds of the fountain and the warmth of the morning sun radiating through the branches of our 150-year old Sycamore Maple tree.

MINIMUM STAYS: A two-night minimum is required on all weekends May 10 - September 30 inclusive. A three-night minimum is required on holiday weekends.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to hold your room, and must be received within four days of making your reservation, or we will assume you have made other plans and release your room(s). Reservations made within our cancellation period of fourteen (14) days will be charged in full upon confirmation. Deposits may be made by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Deposits by check must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A confirmation will be sent with receipt of your deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking the room. For this reason, we uphold a strict policy: Kindly give us 14 days notice of cancellation, and we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations for any reason within this period will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee per room, ONLY if we are able to re-book the entire reservation.No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. |
