The Inn can not accomodate childern under 12.
Pets (Dogs Only) are allowed with prior arrangements in the Patio and Library rooms. A one time non-refundable pet fee of $30.00 wil be charged.
We are a non-smoking Inn. Guests who smoke may do so outdoors only! A minimum $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest smokes anywhere indoors.
There is a 2 night minimum on weekends, exceptions may be made within 3 days of the requested date.
A valid credit card or a 100% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged if a reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before the reservation.
Your credit card will be charged for the entire stay for cancellations 14 or fewer days before the reservation date, unless we can re-book the room.
Early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
Whole Inn reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to the reservation, if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the reserved date/s only the value of re-booked rooms will be refunded. A $125.00 cancellation fee will be charged if a Whole Inn reservation is cancelled 61 or more days before the reserved date.
100% of the cost of wedding packages may be required 14 days before the wedding.
Gift Certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
