Murray House is a charming bed & breakfast, located in the famous Newport mansion & Cliff Walk district and just a short walk to the beach
At Murray House, the mood is relaxing, and the location is excellent. Murray House offers charming rooms, with queen size beds, (some canopied) private baths, private outside entrances to each room, and private patio areas. A wonderful gourmet breakfast is served to the privacy of your room. Each room has a corner area with a bistro table & 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast, or you can enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio overlooking the pool & gardens. Rooms have coffee pots, microwaves, toaster & small refrigerators for your convenience, as well as a TV, VCR, A/C, Ceiling Fans, Telephone & Radio.
The second floor suite features a queen bed, private bath, plus glassed in summer room, and a beautiful view of Almy Pond & distant ocean. All the rooms are attractively furnished and inviting, as well as meticulously clean. There is a fully furnished studio with a day bed for two & private bath.
After a busy day, walk to secluded Bailey's Beach for a swim, or take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool or just soak in the hot tub. A lovely chilled glass of wine, or drink of your choice on your patio overlooking the pool, before you go out for the evening, is just total heaven! All this and at reasonable rates.. |
