No fee will be charged for room cancellation with a 2 week notice. If you are simply a no show your credit card will be billed the full price of the room to defray the cost of lost revenue, staffing and preparation for your arrival. A gift certificate will be issued to you for that amount for a future stay with us. If less than 2 weeks notice, we will do all we can to fill the vacancy. If we do fill your cancelled reservation there will be no charge. If we are unable to fill the vacancy a $50.00 fee will be incurred and a gift certificate in that amount will be issued to you. |
