The Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn is a beautiful, Victorian-style farmhouse filled with heirlooms, country charm and warm Southern hospitality. Year around innkeepers, Sarah and Norman Ball, work hard to make this the extra special place people come back to year after year. Enjoy complimentary evening dessert and the view while sitting on the big wrap around porch or on cool evenings by the cozy fireplace as you visit with the other guests.
The inn features 12 individually decorated guest rooms. Each room has a private bath and special decorative touches such as old-fashioned claw foot tubs, high antique headboards, old photographs, and heirloom quilts.
Each morning in the sun-filled dining room, guests find tables heaping with a southern country breakfast. The menu changes daily and might include Sarah’s special stuffed French toast or real Southern biscuits, gravy, and all the fixins.
Nestled in the woods behind the inn are 5 country cottages designed for romantic getaways. Each has a two-person Jacuzzi, fireplace, kitchenette, romantic porch with porch swing, and private picnic area with a charcoal grill.
Setting among the rolling hills of the family’s 60-acre farm, the Blue Mountain Mist offers superb views. A mix of valleys, hills and mountains with their ever changing appearance from the mist rising early in the morning to the glow of the setting sun. Within a short drive, guests can enjoy: the natural beauty and tranquility of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, shopping and entertainment of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, the Crafts Community, golf, fishing and Dollywood.

The big Tennessee breakfast starts with a fresh-fruit cup topped .What follows typically includes the traditional mountain-high dishes of eggs, biscuits, sawmill gravy, sausage, and grits, or Sarah's stuffed French toast, Norman's sausage and and egg quiche, pumpkin pancakes, or any number of surprises.
